My Glock 21 has gotten 'loose'. When I shake the gun, the slide moves a little, and I can hear something moving around inside the slide.
It's an older Glock 21. Didn't Glock used to have a program where they would (for a fee) swap out your frame with one with rails on it and put the old serial number on it?
Thanks for any advice/help/similar experience information.

If the slide's loose, you probably need a new recoil spring assembly. I use a Wolff guide rod with 20# spring on my G21, for shooting "standard" loads.

The rattling sound is the sound that the firing pin makes when its channel is properly clean and dry.

Glock would swap frames for around $150, but I believe they recently stopped offering that service. When they did swap frames, you didn't get the same serial number.

    BB,

I beleive you can still buy a new finger groove frame from glock or glockmeister for about $150,you'll like the FG frame better on your G-21.
