Looking to get a glock 21 in the near future, but I can't find one in my area test out. How big is the grip? I can handle a g22 fine, is the grip close to the same size?

    Thanks,

    bitis

You can search my name for a thread: "Trigger Guard Ergonomics" to deal with the grip issues.

I've got a 21 and a 36, love em both, they both fit fine in a different sort of way, I also have 5 1911 single stacks, different tools fit your hand differently.:)

There seems to be a myth that the G21 grip is so huge that you have to be physically big to handle it. I personally love the G21 and shoot it more comfortably than any pistol I have shot before. I am 5'10" and only weigh 140. I also carry the 21 in a SideArmor vertical scabbord quite comforably when the weather permits a cover garment. If you want a great full size .45, you should definitely try to find one and try it out. ;c

You might try looking for a G30 to rent. The grip isn't as long but it's the same size around.
