I'm trying to get a G21 club started. If anyone is interested drop by the Clubhouse Office forum to let the MOD know. I think we would have to have 50 people to get a spot.

i thought the 21 was a big dawg? i thought that the big dawgs was for all .45's but just "specialized" in the 30?

    davesglock30,

If that’s the case I think the logic is kind of skewed. The differences between the two warrant separate forums (in my opinion). Carry options, available accessories, ammo selection and so on. I'm not trying to “break up the band”, its just a suggestion. If we don’t get 50 folks that agree I'm more than happy to post with the 30 folks, heck ill own one soon enough anyway.

Hmmm...I think I see what you mean and why you'd like a separate Club for the #21.

The BD Club is defined as:
    ____________________________________________________________________
    "The Big Dawgs Club
Welcome to the Big Dawgs club! This is a forum for those GT'ers that like that ultimate Glock, the G-30."
    ____________________________________________________________________

May be a poor choice of words on the part of the MOD/Adm. to mention the #30 only by model in the intro. Kinda leaves the 21 and 36 guys feeling left out(?) (at least to those guys new to the forums).

I think a BigDawg Club shall be overtly inclusive of all models in .45 --the 21, the 30, and the 36 -- even though my personal fave by far is the 30!

With that said, let's keep us together :)

    Bad HS :)

Ya had to start it didn't ya? A 21 club sounds fine, but I like "Big Dawg" as a name for a pistol, don't you? Maybe it's a southern thang.

    Cya up...Braz

.45 caliber and unless Glock makes a bigger caliber pistol ie 50AE, the .45ACP is the biggest dog on the Glock porch.;)

If there are enought members for a G21 club, count me in but I don't have any problem posting with the Big Dawgs as is;b Great bunch of people

How about the Blackjack Table (21) as a name?

What next, a G21C Club, then a NFG G21 Club?

Hey Hailstorm, the G36 may be the smallest of the Dawgs but it has the same size muzzle as the G30 & G21 and barks with the same convincing authority!!;f

Big dawg, proper meaning would be a big gun. not a mini. thats all. I am by no means putting the mini down. Just the wording sucks.;f

Sorry to pee in your Cheerios Dawg but "BigDawg" on this site meansthe caliber .45 ACP.
Any pistol lucky enough to launcha FORTY-FIVE is worthy of being called a Big Dawg, except for maybe a Liberator popgun ;f

Read the discription under the words Big Dawg. We could solve this just by rewording the discription. I also agree, a 45ACP is a Big Dawg reguardless of size.;g

I vote for keeping it in one club, so we don't get a 9mm Longslide Club or a .40 S&W Compact/Sub Club, etc. Too much proliferation.

Points well taken, and if there aren’t enough votes in support of the 21 club, Ill gladly and appreciatively continue to post in the Big Dawgs Club. As it stands now its a long 41 votes from reality so it looks like others share your opinion. Just in case, I'll keep the post going a bit longer. Viva Democracy.

For Hailstorm, just curious, how do the G21 and your Kimber Custom compare? Count me in on a G21 club.
