This may be beating a dead horse, but...

I would very much appreciate and like to, read opinions and see pics of your choice of holster for your Glock 21. There is a lot to choose from so I figured maybe I could ask for a little help.

I can start first, don't mind if I do.

This is a Hogue Carry, Stage 1, and it is slightly different than what is depicted on the Hogue website. And, I believe has just been made available to retail, because they are still in the process of getting the Stage 2 duty holsters out there.

I think that it is well made. It has an included optional belt plate. An optional molle plate can be purchased separately. It operates very efficiently and smoothly with positive locking, and the release works very well. I feel that it is a little bulky and they gave it a disproportionately large inside cavity. The paddle is a better design than other paddle holsters I have had because it has hooks that securely catch the underside of my belt when I pull up on it. I just got it, so I'll have to take it around the block a time or two.

I'll play....I usually use a Crossbreed Supertuck. Just purchased a Yaqui style to give a try. I'll wear it at the ranch, see how well it holds. I like the quickness of it. The Crossbreed just lets me carry the 21 or my 20 without realizing it's there....

Sorry to leave you hanging; I also went with the supertuck for carry. The standard glock holster for OWB works great when out in the woods or fishing.

I tried the IWB holster with my 29, but my love handle backside gave me too much trouble with my britches sliding off my waist.

I use a pancake thumb break similar to Buckeye's, and a Bladetec IWB. Mernickle double mag pouch & belt. Carries without any problems.
