shot at 15 yrds, glock 20 with glock 6'' barrel. hornaday 155 grain bullets. 800 x powder. aprox 1600 fps. 3/16 A36 plate (mild steel) slug was buried in the plate had to use a torch to melt the slug out. the glock 21 SF with winchester white box dinged the plate. dont get me wrong, i love a 45. the 10mm flat out kicks ***. i shot a dirt pile at 165 yds. the 10mm makes the dirt thud and hits nearly where you aim. the 40S&w is a long shot hail mary to even hit the pile
800x is the shiz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks IMR!!!
Wow, that's a hard hitting round!
