Sweet! An order will go out shortly... Just out of curiousity, do you also take money orders? They are easier to slip under the radar since they won't show up on the monthly statements like credit or bank cards. ;P
I think I want to get 20 of 'em. Would that be enough to get a free T-shirts also? ;f

P.S. Sorry for asking the same question both via email and here...

I got my two in the mail yesterday. They are nice and shiny with no LEO markings. Thanks!

P.S. Yes it did seem like forever

How do you tell if they are 4th Gen?

I just bought some new 10mm 15 rounders at the gun show today.

For $50 I walked out with 2 15 rounders and a 10 round still in the wrapper. Now I just three more 15 rounders with +2 on them. I also saw a scherer 30 (or thereabouts) 10mm magazine. The guy wanted $59 for it. That seemed quite high.

I've heard enough about Scherer magazines. I'll leave 'em alone.

Yes, Money Orders are fine. 20 mags will earn you a T-shirt!

So I guess that would mean us California types wouldn't be able to say we got those mags before the ban because of the #2 follower. Maybe a follower replacement would suffice. Of course I would never break the law like that, just speculating.

You know that ban has to be the stupidest law, because there is practically no way to enforce it, because mags are usually unmarked...

All it effectively does is make mags unavialble to those wishing to abide by the law. Just another stupid "feel good" CA gun control law, meanwhile the criminals have no problem getting anything they want. just us honest citizen types who get bent over...

    Thanks Mike!

Now I got my stock up to 10 mags for my G20. That should do for a while.

I believe the #2 followers can be purchased as a repair item, so simply having them in your (purchased before the ban of course) standard cap mags is no indication of anything.

Heh, thats just my point, it's a stupid law, conceived by stupid people. It goes right up there with the TSA trying to ban matches on air planes although they admit having no way of detecting them! lol

It is still up for debate as to whether we here in Cal can replace our worn out preban mag bodies. I called CA-DOJ and was given the answer of "No". My buddy called CA-DOJ a week later and the answer was "Yes, as long as you are only repairing what you currently have". So which is it? I do not know. Not even the people that are supposed to interpret and enforce this garbage know.

I am sending an email to my cousin who is a sheriff to find out what their policy of enforcement is, because there just does not seem to be a clear answer.

And Duce, I agree with you…I was just stirring the pot some. ;)

I actually bought 2 G20 hi-cap mags just before the ban in anticipation of buying a G20. I have moved several times, and in my 1 of the moves my several hundred pound tool box manages to fall and crush them. Of course this happens right before I am finally ready to buy the gun. It was designed for 15 rounds, and I want the full 15 rounds. I guess I could try to buy new mag bodies and followers, and as long as I had that receipt I guess I would be in the clear with most level headed cops. Where should I buy the replacement bodies and followers from? I've never broken the law, and now I may be a criminal just trying to replace my mags. I've got to get out of California.
