I just got a factory Glock +2 magazine base pad that has stamped on it 1967 and no hole on the bottom for the insert.
I am wondering is this +2 for a NFML magazine and will it fit FML mags.
Is a extra power +10% mag. springs really needed for the mag. ext.I know it is recommended but I haven't had any issues using the stock spring with a +2 so far.
All my mags are FML drop free mags.

I think all 1967's are for FML mags. The insert is usless with these bases, hence no hole to push them out of the way. Mine work fine with stock springs. Newest bases are #7151's and come with a special insert. They also function with stock springs.

    Thanks, DannyR.
    Just the info I needed.
I will give the 1967 +2's a try on my FML mags and stick with the stock springs although I may just order a couple of extra 10% springs as replacements.
