I thought I would post some pictures of my Glock 19 with an Insight WX150 mounted on it. I haven't seen many reviews or pictures of this light set up on any Glocks so I thought it was a good idea to share.

If you don't know about this light here is a quick rundown:
    -Peak Output: 150+ Lumens
    -Run Time: 125 Minutes
    -Uses 2x123 Lithium Batteries
    -Dimensions: 3.2”L x 1.6”W x 1.5”H
    -Weight: 4.0 oz. w/Batteries
    -Waterproof: 1 Meter/3 Feet
-Momentary on, Constant on and Strobe!
    -Slide-lock attachment
    -Fits existing M3 holsters

So far I really like this little light. Attachment couldn't be any easier, function is intuitive, super bright and really not that heavy. I have been to the range with it and didn't experience any malfunctions after 100 rounds. It stayed in place like it should and continued to function like expected. The reason I chose this light is because it's smaller, brighter and lighter than the Insight M3 and Streamlight TLR-1, and just a smidge heavier than the Surefire X300, while still being smaller and brighter. Granted the new Streamlight TLR-1s adds the strobe feature, and increases brightness and battery life to a comparative level, it's still a little bigger.

Here is a view looking down my hallway. The door at the end is aprox. 10 yards away. There is plenty of spill light to see anyone come from behind any walls or through any doors down the hallway, but take note of the dark ring.

The Insight WX150 is on the left, the Fenix LD20 on the right. The LD20 is in 180 lumen mode for comparison. Notice how the WX150 is more of a yellow or natural looking white, whereas the Fenix has a more blue tinge. Also note again the dark ring outside of the WX150's central pattern.

Overall, I highly recommend this light. Shop around for the best price though, as I've seen them as high as $200. I happen to pick mine up from an eBay retailer for $135 with free shipping brand new in box. Speaking of box, Insight also includes a small alen key and an additional lever so you can attach it to the picatinny rails on your rifle. The one that comes affixed the the light is slightly larger so it leaves no room for movement what-so-ever when mounted to a Glock. If you'd like I could dig up the seller's information.

Looks good. I have a TLR-1 On my G19 and my M&P9 FS. If you need a holster for it, Get a Raven Phantom. Worth the wait and $$$.

I'm assuming that on/off switch is ambi?

Also, did you crayon your slide lettering?

    Lone wolf 'extended' slide release?

    Jealous, BTW....

I have the Procyon on my G32 and love it, just wish I waited for the 150.

Yes, the controls are completely ambidextrous.

I used white acrylic paint for my slide lettering.

Glock factory extended slide stop release.

Yup, his eBay i.d. is tatedefence and here is the link to his eBay store: http://stores.ebay.com/Tate-Defense

It doesn't look like he has any WX-150's listed currently, but it wouldn't hurt to ask I suppose.

What would be the point in having a strobe feature on a weapons mounted light? I have the x300 and I feel if it had a strobe feature it would be harder to acquire the target...or is there some other reason? like having it on going through the woods, etc.

The strobe is used to disorient an assailant's vision at night.
