I just purchased a new Glock 19 and the #23 trigger mechanism with ejector appears to have a slight bend in it to the right. I have a Glock 23 and this part is completely straight. I may just be paranoid, but i figured I would put it out there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. see photo. Stevepod
The 9mm is a smaller diameter case than the .40 - so the ejector's tip needs to be closer to the center of the gun in order to kick casings out correctly.
my glock 19 has the same defect; its strange because it keeps on firing when I pull the trigger JK, it looks fine.
...Aaaarrg..!! Now you tell me... i took a hammer and had it straighten out like an arrow... no wonder the bullet casing still sits in the slide after firing...lol.
Don't worry 9mm ejectors are bended to the right, is normal perfection. .40's are straight. NEVER USE A 9MM EJECTOR ON A .40 GUN. live ammo ejected by hand may blow up in your hands.
