Just got 3 gen 5 19’s for $590 a piece for a friend
if ya want one grab it while you can
My local gun shop said I was lucky I got my 19 when I did as they haven't gotten any since I picked it up in May.
Glocks have been very hard to find around my parts
Yeah..The local gun store’s here don’t have any glocks and will not know when they will have more in stock. I’m looking on gunbroker to see what’s available.
CA is sold out of Gen 3 Glocks and the used ones are fetching a fortune.
One of my local shops has one G19 gen5 mos coming in this week so I just prepaid for it.
Well I ended up getting one, should see it next week.
Paid too much, but to my luck, I got a HAZMAT bonus of $350 for working while the rest of the state of Indiana was shut down.
After taxes that will pay for most of it.
HGW prefix, should have the frying pan finish.
By the time you customize it, can easily have a thousand bucks in the gun.
Just saw this. Good choice. I have a Gen 5 #19 and one of my favorites; not just Glock but of all my pistols. EDC, range and intense week long courses. No problems with thousands of rounds.
Glocks in 9mm have dried up in SW Ohio, bringing scalper prices...
Have been to 3 gun stores in Northern Indiana and have found no Glocks, no SIGS and no S&W in 9mm. Lots of revolvers and lots of 1911's.
I have no idea of what you guys own.... But, I learned years ago. You don't buy into the panic, you sell.
An example. One of my buddies likes military style rifles... Buys an FN SCAR Heavy for like $3,000.
One of the prior panics hit... He sell it for $6,000.
Six months later he buys another for... $3,000.
That was 3K right in his pocket.
$550 I would go for it. The market is not what it was a year ago when you could easily get them used in the $450 range.
Being that you are restricted to 10 rounds in your state wouldn't a 43 or 43x be a better choice?
TRUMP will probably re elected in November.
Unless you are in a dire circumstance this year, resist the panic price and pick up the GLOCK in 2021 for a 2019 price.
I sold a customized gen3 g19 yesterday for $475 FTF.
A franchise gun store/range opened a week ago near me in NE Ohio last week and they had a new Gen4 19 for 519.00 and I bought it. There has been no Glocks in shops around here for months.
Around here you can't find a 19 of any model anywhere. If they do get Glocks in they're usually 43 and 43X or 44's.
I bought a 44 yesterday.
I paid just a hair under $500 (shipped) for a purple label with three mags in October. Different time, I know.
If I were limited to ten rounds, and didn't absolutely need a pic rail on the dust cover (I don't), I might've gone with the 43x.
