ALERT! Just got an email last night from them and turned in my order. AIM Surplus has got 19 Gen 2's again for $359.95! I haven't seen mine yet, and unless it's just beat to death, I plan on using it as an Off Duty carry. Like so many others, I just don't care for the finger swells on Gen 3's and 4's. I can live with them, just not something I like a lot.
Anyhow, like the Carnival Barker used to say "Get 'em while they're Hot!". You snooze, you loose. And no, I do not work for AIM. I have been looking for a nice 19 Gen 2 for awhile, and they are getting expensive on GunBroker. So there ya go.

Good job, I prefer the G-23 Gen 2 I have over my G-19, but prefer either over a Gen 3 or 4.

While I love my gen 2 19 I do question how long the polymer frame will last. Right now it is 27 years old and pretty worn. I hope the frame lasts another 25 years but who knows.

The G19 is a great carry gun.
    Thanks for sharing that link.

I will try to report in w/ photos when I get mine. Supposedly they are in great shape, but we will see. I paid $10 extra for a "Cherry Pick". A few scratches and some honest wear, NP, 'cause i am going to carry it.. But if it looks like it was thrown down the street several times, it will go back dang quick, trust me.

Great to hear, Opticks, that's what I am hoping for myself. The prices for a really clean 19 Gen2 on Gunbroker are just not realistic, it seems. Yes, a good clean used 19 Gen2 are desirable, but some of those maroon's on GB just get stupid with their prices. I won't play that game. I hope this used 1 from AIM is nice.

I've wondered at times about some of the bids on Gun Broker & I'm wondering if some of the bids are "straw" bids?:headscratch:

Actually, yes they are. In some cases. Typical of this kind of site.
