glock 19 full auto blueprint wanted

    can anyone help me with blue prints to make my glock 19 full auto.. i live in south africa and we have limited glock accessories available... im really keen on making my 19 full auto.. none of the sites that i have found send to sa. any help or advice would be a great help.. thanks.email catzndogz@mweb.co.za

    You might get a better response on this in the FullAuto forum. The prints for that are readily available on the net. Try Google.

    Do what you want to do, where legal.

    You probably won't get a response here, but google will give you what you need. Again: Make sure what you want to do is legal where you live!

    And BE CAREFUL! Gunsmithing is serious stuff, especially when automatic fire is brought into the mix.

    Curious, does just having this device/piece constitute breaking the law, or are you in violation only after its installed on a glock?

    I noticed this site doesnt give any pricing, nor any way to order, so i would think that just the thing itself would violate BATF regulations....

    I don't know, but they won't sell without the right paperwork (no civvies in the US).

    You can also run the Patent Number at www.uspto.gov for more details on the design.

    Actually if you are referring to the auto sear for a Glock, it would be the same as owning the sear for a M16. Technically (to the best of my knowledge) you can own a M16 parts kit, but if you own an AR15 rifle, the ATF could nail you for contructive possession. A drop in auto sear on the other hand is a registered machinegun all by itself.

    As others have said...Google. You can buy the drawings for $7.00 I seen somewhere. Or just download the US Patent veiwer and get the drawings from there using the patent number.

    I havent posted in a while, now's good as time as any. This subject is kinda taboo here. The conversion would be easy for you without drawings. Use your search function and this has been discussed enough you should be able to figure this out on your own. I do not condone this modification to your gun because of saftey and legal regulations. Really why in the world aside from novelty would you want to do this

    Just curious, but is there any legal problems with receiving one of those units in the mail or is the only legal problem being caught with it installed on a Glock? I realize they will not send it to you without the proper paperwork, just curious.

    Edit: AFAIK it would be illegal even if you had a class 3 license because of the 1986 NFA bullcrap. :soap:
