I recently installed Wolff+10 springs in the mags of my Glock, and went to the range to try em out. On one of the mags the slide locked back, with the mag still partially full, and a projectile part way off the mag and into the throat. What the heck caused that? (I also installed a Lightning Strike stainless captured guide rod at the same time) I have fired around 2K rounds with not one malfunction until now. Is it the mag springs, guide rod...any help appreciated.

There are only three ways to locak a slide back:

    1. follower engagement after the last round is fired.

    2. bad or improperly re-installed slide stop lever.

    3. Operator Thumb.
