I have a Glock 17 which worked flawlessly for one year. Then I diasssembled the frame and put in a Glock 3.5 # connector. I also changed my mag springs to Wolff 5% extra power. Now my 17 is having feeding problems. The rounds sometimes stay in the magazine and do not feed into the chamber. Any thoughts as to what is wrong would be appreciated. Perhaps I did not reassemble the gun correctly? Thank you.

Try it with a magazine that you haven't modified - it should work fine. As for your mags, I don't know - bad springs?, put the followers back in backwards?

If the slide is locking back with rounds in the mag, check for correct installation of the slide stop spring.

    Mark,
Feeding problems + New Magazine springs = You solved your own problem. Reinstall the factory springs and you should be golden.
    Good luck.

    Thanks, Gentlemen, for your replies.
The slide is not locking back, but stops before closing. Rounds don't feed from the magazine to the chamber. I will try using Glock mag springs again. Perhaps the upward pressure of the extra power mag spring is keeping the round from being fed. At least that's one possibility, though I have never heard of it happening before.

OK, will probably have a gunsmith or Armorer look at the gun if changing mag springs doesn't work.
