Something different for the weather...so something different to shoot. Tonight we baptized GLIPSC's new indoor plate rack. Our course of fire from left to right consisted of an array of 4 targets with 1 non-threat, then a line up of 8 indoor plates, then another array of 4 targets with 1 non-threat. At the beep, you drew, fired 2 rounds into each target of one of the arrays, mag change, then shoot the 8 plates, mag change then 2 rounds into each target in the final array. Some of us did amazing (John), some of us found it more of a challenge then we initially thought that it would be. Here's how the hit factors worked out: 6.731 John Haas 1911-45 (He'll break 7 pretty soon so everyone should come out to our Thursday night matches just to see him do it.) 4.247 Dean Francisco 4.184 Steve Dunham 1911-45 4.093 Greg Hodges 3.629 Jim Geiger 3.058 Richard Wanke 1911-45 (congrats, my friend - excellent job) 2.890 Otis Fox - BHP-9 2.877 Leigh Ann Jeter G17 2.726 Butch Harley SIG 229-40 1.782 Danny Massey G19 1.361 Brian Smith G26 zero'd Tommy Glueck 9mm Hope to see you all next week when John Haas has sparks flying from his finger tips as he breaks the 7.00 hit factor mark. Should be a great show.
