Just watched a show about a big competition of ribs in Reno, anyway, it got me in the mood to make some, but i havn't done it in years, anyway, what are yall's recepies for ribs, what rubs, cooking, and sauces do you use, or if you make your own and can devulge your secrets please do, thanks.
