I made some last night. Marinaded the ribs for about in hour in beer and chopped garlic. Threw some spices on, cayenne pepper, black pepper, paprika, Emeril's Essence, whatever was handy. Kept a bit of the beer in the pan, baked at 350 for and hour and a half. Threw them on a very hot grill for 15-20, brushed them with Stubb's BBQ sauce (good stuff). They came out excellent.
