Installed a new Ghost 3.5-pound trigger connector in my new 23 this morning. Took about a halfhour. This is my 2nd.

    Trigger feels great.

If you can take down your Glock, clean it, and know left from right, you too can do this yourself. It's worth it.

1/2 hr sounds about right if you're doing it the 1st or 2nd time around...

Have you tried any other 3.5 connectors? I am about to buy one and have no idea which one to get.

I put one in my 17 this past weekend. It makes a noticeable difference. I liked it enough that I ordered another one for my G36

Cute; wish I'd seen that 1st. I followed the Ghost directions; they have you remove more parts. After I see this video, I have to wonder why.

And my time estimate probably was long. :embarassed:

Did a little trigger-finger-groove filing this afternoon. More pics when I receive the light.

Probably took me more than half an hour. Mine wasn't drop-in though.

I put 1 in my 17. Less then 10 minutes, but I don't really notice much of a difference.

Do you have another glock to compare it to? Pull a stock trigger and then pull the ghost.

Remember my prior posts this week about having fired 250 rounds of 5 different reloads, with NO malfunctions, thru my NEW 23 this week? Well...then I installed the 3.5-pound connector. Next time at the range, it started malfunctioning, not feeding a new cart into the barrel. Looked around, found nothing wrong, tried some other reloads, all to no avail. Then finally determined that when it didn't feed, the slide had stopped on the lock because I hadn't reinstalled the slidelock correctly...its spring was not in the right place. Fixed that and BINGO! it's 100% reliable again.

That's the last time I"ll ever follow Ghost's instructions. The process illustrated in the video is LOTS simpler and quicker.

Have filed the 2nd- and 3rd-down front-grip ridges a bit; feels better.

My 27. Feels the same as the 17 to me. I do have short fat fingers. Maybe I just can't feel it.

I have a 17c I use for a range gun. Last weekend I installed a LWD 3.5 connector and a Wolf 6lb trigger spring and did a .25 cent trigger job, and it made a huge difference from my standard glocks. The only down side is the reset point is not as pronounced. The trigger is close to my 1911s as far as pull weight, but not quite as crisp.

i just did two last night for the first time, but i was taking 3.5#s off and replacing the stock 5 or 5.5#s (wheatever they are)

Watched a seven minute youtube vid once, found a punch that looked right and it took about 5 minutes per pistol.

Wait.... you're saying you were REMOVING the 3.5 lb? The verbage has me all confused, not that it's a task that rises to epic proportions.

I've got a 19 and a 17, and I'm really wanting to get some improvement on the triggers, been considering several of the high dollar trigger kits, seems like a lotta nickels for a reasonable trigger pull. They're both carry and fun guns, no race gunning for me. Are these modifications enough to get me a more 1911ish trigger?

Your not gonna 1911'ish a glock trigger-As high dollar as I would go is the Glock 3.5 or Ghost rocket

In fact the cleanest breaking(and closest to a 1911)is a +connector from glock but it makes for a heavy pull

With the ghost rocket you can get a AWESOME reset though

Installed a Ghost 3.5 connector in my new 38 tonite, the youtube way, and it works. Maybe 5 minutes. Feels great.

Put in an extra power trigger spring like the ZEV... the tigger action will be more consistent.

My actually trigger asset is: LWD 3.5 and Zev extrapower T. spring.

Try this asset of trigger group.... it works fine for me!
