Just wondering if any of y'all Indiana GT'ers would consider perhaps a "GTer Day At The Range" sometime before the weather gets crappy?

Anyone else thought about this? Anyone interested?

    ECPR? Waveland? Atterbury?

Be happy to host it at Eagle Creek.

Could probably even be talked into letting everyone use Range 2

I had thought about proposing an OC picnic at a state park.

I'd be in for a meet. How about a range meet AND a picnic? Combine two loves...

    OK, Mr. sjstill....

What does the ECPR's schedule look like for September 29 or 30?

What does everyone else think of that weekend? Plenty of "picnicing" areas availble at EC...

Personally, I can't do 9/22 due to a weddin', but the 23rd is open as an option, too.

Not that I HAVE to be in attendance, but I thought that, you know, I'd grace everyone with my presense.

Or if the above is too soon, how about the first Sat. in October?

    Ideas welcome!!!!

One problem, EC (the park) is a disarmed citizen / victim zone. Now a state park on the other hand....

I would be nice to have a picnic where the rest of the family can come (those who are non-shooters etc.) Heck, maybe IPDBrad might even show up.

There are picnic tables at ECPR and they could be moved to the front of the IMPD building by the parking lot to get away from the gunshots a bit and give a little bit of privacy.

    Well, fooey.

Sep 29 is Reserve training, so that's out.

    Sep 30 is Ok.

    Sep 22 & 23 are both open.

Oct 6 is wide open, too.

Rich, we have 6 or 7 picnic tables available at the range. Might even have access to a grill

    Sweet...

    A plan is coming together!

    Everyone else's turn to voice:

    Sept 22 / 23

    Sept 30

    Oct 6

Late morning? Early afternoon? Opining welcome!

Looks like picnic-ing will be available, but grill details are up in the air...bring your own grill, perhaps?

Remember, if all y'all honyocks pick Sept 22, no one gets to shoot my EMP or P99s :tongueout:
