Package says Georgia Arms G40E 180GR Jacketed Hollow Point (Factory Loaded) FPS-950. Still sealed.

I've had this package of ammo for ~10 yrs or so. I seem to remember the guy that gave it to me told me not to use it in my Glock because it was too dirty or something. Maybe he said it has too much lead in it???? I don't know and can't remember. Anyone think there would be any issues? G27 BTW.

I would use it. Georgia Arms makes good ammo. I have never had a problem with it.

I actually called GA Arms and the girl said they only have 160GR (or was it 165GR) now and the 180GR should be OK. She said it will run "hotter" but I don't really know if that will be an issue. I only have 50 rounds but I hate to not use it.

Shoot it. I have used all manner of ammo loaded by Ga. Arms in both rifles and pistols. I've not ever had any sort of a problem at all... except for when I run out of ammo.
