Neither coroner agrees with your position, or your statement.
What we can discount is your excuses.
You are wrong.
It was the killer who killed him.
All the gymnastics to avoid the obvious is kinda weird on a gun forum. Why is everyone suddenly so soft on crime?
The guy with his body weight on the guy's back could've. No?
+100 to all of this. He was on his way out before they put the cuffs on him. Did holding him down contribute to his death... maybe, maybe not. MEs will argue that forever and a day. But what is a fact, is if he did not resist he wouldn't have been put in that position.
And wait till these cops walk or even if 2/4 walk. It's going to be hot in MN that night for sure.
or stick in the spork
the scumbag cashing out doesn't make it right to burn down the city. If not this, the scumbags brethren would have dreamed up something else to do the same exact thing. deranged fools do not need a reason to do violence, all they need to do is be a democrat
mmm cause they are really libs
Then the prosecutors have it all wrong. No?
Wow, after reading that, I feel differently than I did before. Floyd was definitely high as a kite. He was complaining about not being able to breathe before they even put him on the ground, saying he was going to die well before he had the knee on his neck.
Should the cop have done that, for that long? No. But, based on the transcript, he was talking to his mom and saying he was going to die before they even put the knee on him. While he was talking, he was saying he couldn't breathe (which if course is not possible). So, it makes me wonder (some doubt) whether Chauvin had enough pressure in the right place to cause any lack of oxygen. I am not defending him, but after reading that transcript, he was acting like he was suffocating before he was even on the ground.
Also, I'm not claustrophobic, but how can you get out of one car and not get into another due to that? Seems odd, and again, reason for enough doubt to make this not an open and shut case. Had he just gotten into the car, we're not where we are today.
Interesting, to say the least.
You, uh realize that it’s completely possible to say you can’t breathe when you can’t breathe right?
Ask yourself this ... if EVERYTHING about this case were exactly the same, except Derek Chauvin was black, would we be where we are right now? George Floyd was still George Floyd, all the same exact things occurred ... just change only and I mean only the race of Derek Chauvin. Would all of this have happened as it did? I don't just mean the riots. Would the black Derek Chauvin be charged with murder? And if not, what does that mean?
Why don’t you address my question? I addressed yours.
Well, if that was the case, then they got it wrong.
And it was your suggestion.
2020 America. White men fighting over a jail bird.
A good question is do what. If I was still active, I’m not putting my mouth on a perpetrator’s mouth to do CPR. I’m not. I wouldn’t have a PPE for it . I would be carrying too much equipment as it was.
The three Rookies couldn’t trust their perception that there wasn’t a pulse. They would trust their FTO.
Who is soft on crime. It is positional asphyxiation with that excited delirium that killed him. The FTO Officer knew or should have known better and just turned him on his side. The knee to the neck only killed him because it didn’t let his body move to ease the pressure off the diaphragm . He should have turned him on his side and the FTO knew that.
It was more like a question.
A suggestion of a question?
I am just trying to play along, I have no dog in this fight.
