Heya!

Quick question that i cannot seem to find an answer to.

I know that the Generation 2 guns were the first to receive a three pin lower in .40 cal flavor but were there any generation 2 9mm guns with three pin frames or did Glock only start doing that with the advent of the generation 3 frame?

As an aside, are there any issues with running 9mm top ends on three pin .40 cal generation 2 lowers?

The Gen3 9mm's were available with 3 pins.
No problem converting any 3 pin gun up to 40/357 or down to 9
