First off---I have 7 Gen4s, including 4 9mm guns, and this is the only one that ever had issues. It's also the oldest one of the bunch; not sure if that means anything. Anyways.... I've sent my Gen4 19 to Glock 3 times now and just got it back today. The sheet just says, "Inspected. Upgraded. Meets specs." The other two times it's been sent back they just changed the extractor or ejector and said it's good to go but alas it wasn't. This time they changed the barrel and did the polishing/stoning on the extractor that's shown in the sticky on this page. They also changed out the firing pin safety, trigger w/ trigger bar, and connector. Here's the new barrel: Here's the extractor: As I just got this gun back about an hour ago I can't attest to how it functions but at least it seems they're paying attention to Dave's fix down in Smyrna.... I'm not sure what's up with the new barrel but it has some decent wear on the barrel hood so I'm guessing they shot it a good bit. I'll post updates after I fire it.
