Can anyone tell me or advise where I can purchase all lower receiver and extractor for a Gen 2 model 19 Glock? It is a two pin model with proof markings.

I'm not sure what extractor fits it, and also there seems to be a difference in the slide release design from the 3 pin models.

The slide stop(release) for the two-pin G19 is the same one used in three-pin G19's, Glock manufacturer part number 2919 for the standard slide stop and number 7496 for extended. Only the two-pin G17, 17L, and 34 use a different slide stop from their three-pin counterparts.

From what I understand, the 15 degree extractor and ejection port were introduced in early Gen3, so yours likely uses a 90 degree non-LCI extractor.

    Ejection port differences:

As far as where to get parts, I've ordered countless times from MidwayUSA.com, glockparts.com, and LoneWolfDist.com and I've been satisfied with every experience.
