It looks like Glock is using a longer version of the subcompact springs for longer lifespan. Will they change the already telescoping springs that they have had for years?
Glock did have a recall of early subcompact springs. I don't remember the l marking or if it was the bad ones or the new ones. I saw this ten or more years age so are there any armorer's out there that can help?

I love my G30 and would like to get the G29.

As I remember that recall was NOT a result of design defect. Rather it was manufacturing defect.
