Hopefully the wait won't be too much longer.
Well, my Recover Tactical rail adapter arrived today.
I'll get some pics posted and show a side-by-side with a standard G to show differences.
Here is a pic, though of my 48 next to a 19:
Just FYI, for those commenting on waiting on a light company to produce it light, Surefire has been designing the light and the combo has been noted since advertising began in the EU.
Nice! Could yo take a pic of it installed to the G48? It shouldn't stick out that match, as on G43. I wondered how sturdy these rails are in case you hit something with a flashlight, will it easily come off?
Here ya go. Looks good and it's really secure and comes off easy. No drilling or marks on the frame.
I took mine off my G48 because I put my StreamLight TLR on my G44 rimfire.
It's up for sale in the FS Parts section. A lot less than what I paid for it.
Wait’s over. Just get a Sig P365 or P365XL and call it a day. That’s what I ended up doing. I have a Glock 43, 43x, and a 48, but these days, I edc my 365XL.
I got tired of waiting on Glock and got a Hellcat.
I have a Hellcat, and love it so far. Surefire will be releasing the new XSC lights soon, for the Glock, Hellcat, and 365. The Glock and Sig rails are special, the Hellcat is standard size. A version with a laser is also in the works.
