G45 if I already have a G19 FS?

I know this is a subjective topic but I wanted to hear from others’ experiences...

I’m really warming up to my gen5 G19 FS over my gen4, enough that I’m debating on selling the gen4 for my next toy. Possibly a CZ P10c or G45. But if I already have a gen5 G19 FS, is there any point in having a G45 as well? My understanding is the G45 handles better when shooting. But is the difference better enough to be with having both?

I've owned both and currently still own the G45. I prefer the G45 over the G19. It's better balanced and I just shoot it much more accurately. It feels better to me.
If you didn't have either gun I'd say just get a G45. I don't think I'd go buy a G45 if you do plan on keeping the G19. But, to me, I like the G45 and I'd sell the G19 in order to get one.

I have two G45's and I did sell a 19.4 to buy one of them.

I bought a G45 to replace my G19 buy wound up keeping the 19 and selling the 45. Different strokes for different folks.

Personally, I prefer the G45 to both the G17 and the G19. The long grip combined with the quicker shorter slide is a great combo. I might even go as far as saying that I consider the G45 the best Glock ever produced.

Thanks all. Sounds like it might be worth selling the G19.4 to fund a G45 over a P10c. Kinda like the idea of redundancy of parts anyway.

Great video, used to love Mad TV.

Maybe I’m being a bit over the top, but in a carry gun if I have problems it has to do with the seatbelt in my vehicle. For me, the G19 interferes with the seatbelt much less than the G45.

Check your six says that the 45 is the best glock produced. So, an article in guns and ammo. The article said the 19x was the best glock ever produced?

I like having both, and typically use them for different purposes.

    Get the 45.
    Everyone should have multiple Glock's.

Y’all have sold me! Decided I need a G44 too, so think I’ll trade my 19.4 for a G44, then sign up for a 2 year GSSF to get a G45 at discount. May sell my 22/45 MK IV to help fund it, I never shoot the thing and a G44 would make it moot for my purposes.

The G17 frame is not the same as the G45.
