Had my G39 at the range a few times now and it seems that when chambering a round the gun sometimes fails to go completely into battery, causing light primer hits and Fails to fire. Out of my other 11 Glocks I never had/have this problem but not above thinking I need to do something different.

    1. What are you using for ammo?

    2. How do you chamber the round?

Remington fmj. The white and green box. I have extended slide releases on my other Glocks. But on this one I simply pull back the slide and let go.

It is. 45 Gap is not the easiest to find (as of you didn't already know that). Think a heavier spring would help. something with more strength to close the slide.
