Hi Jr,
would a G37 lower work with a complete G22 upper? Would i have to change out anything else besides the trigger housing and magazines.

Stock G37- trigger bar assembly, ext slide stop lever all GTG with the G22 build? Thxs...Dana

Yep, you can put a G22 top end on the 37 frame.
Yep, you are going to have to change out the trigger housing, trigger bar and firing pin
