Wanting to buy either a G34 or G35 , has there been any of the same problems that I've read so much about with other Glock models when it comes to the Gen.3 or Gen.4 G34-G35 ??

I have both in Gen4 and have never had a malfunction nor brass to the face with either. Both have about 1k rounds through them.

Same boat as plouffedaddy: I have both in Gen4, and neither have had any problems.

Got a straight-drop Comp-Tac paddle holster that was designed for both models, and couldn't be any happier.

I havent read anything about the issue with the glock gen 4 in .40 caliber..

and the problem with the 9s.. gen 4..if appears, seems to be around 1200 rounds...

Out of those two choices I would go for the 34 Gen 4. I've always liked Glocks, but sold my Gen 2 G23 years ago because I just couldn't work with the grip on it. It was too meaty. As soon as I put my hands on the Gen 4, I knew I had to have one. I ended up ordering a Gen 4 17 the next day. I'm still waiting for it to come in, I am looking forward to it. I can't speak on the brass to face issue since I don't have mine yet.

One of the main reasons I say 34 is it's 9MM and that's cheaper ammo.

Mine are Gen 4 and work great as my Gen 3 models did. I prefer the Gen 4 models.

    Get a G35 and the you can get a 9mm barrel for it. I have a Gen3 G35 and it's a great gun.

I liked my Gen4 35 so much that I sold a Gen4 17 to fund a 34. I wish I'd have kept the 17. I can't explain it but the 17 just seemed to handle better than the 34 does. I'm gonna sell it and get another 17.

i have an OD gen 3 35 and its a great gun. might ditch it in favor of a 9mm as i have only shot it loaded down to minor power factor but still shoot my 17 better.
