All you need is a G27 barrel.

To be slightly more precise, all you need is a Glock .40S&W barrel. If you wanted to shoot 9mm you would need a conversion barrle from one of Lone Wolf, BarSto and so on because the Glock 9mm barrel will not fit quite properly even though it will, I am informed, work reasonably well. Equally, if you wanted to shoot lead reloads in .40S&W, you could get a conventionally rifled barrel from one of the same manufacturers or suppliers.

Or you can get a Lonewolf G27 barrel and it will be a perfect fit.

I bought a factory Glock 27 barrel for my G33. The earliest 367 Sig Glock magazines have a "guide" at the top next to the bullet. This makes this area too narrow for 40 S&W. This guide would often break from the magazine and Glock changed the design on later 357 Sig magazine to be more similar to 40 S&W magazines. If you find the some of the very early production G27 magazines they hold 9 rounds of 40 S&W but for some reason will accept 10 rounds of 357 Sig. The later G27 magazines will only hold 9 rounds of either cartridge.

Try some 40 S&W in your 357 Sig magazines. The newer G27 barrels have a "steeper" feed ramp and the newer G27 magazines have been changed a bit. I think they are more reliable with #5 followers but maybe #4 followers will function properly too. The magazines have gone much newer than #5 followers but it's something to keep in mind. I would make sure magazines for a new G27 barrel have #5 followers or are newer than those. I don't know how far the numbers went but the #5's are from some years ago and there have been a few newer designs that should work fine.

Another good thing about G27 mags is you can squeeze one more round of .357 sig in them than you can .40 cal.
