Whenever I have dealt with Glock they have been very friendly and helpful.
Glock should make it right for you.
I'll forgive them if they make it right as I've gone through quite a few of them with zero problems. I LOVE my glocks.
I've never had to deal with them on any kind of problem like this.
Oh well - I've been lucky with firearms in the past.....I also pulled over and helped a little lady change a flat tire yesterday - Karma has to be good for something!!!
SF design problem. When you talk to them insist on sending it in--make Glock pay for the shipping. Get a replacement gun if you can, a non-SF. We are starting to see the same issues with the new Gen4 17SF.
One thing to remember - be nice! You'll get a lot further w/ customer service if you treat them well.
