took my brand new g29sf to the range and fired 100 rounds...i have a wolff 21 lb recoil spring in it...was shooting double tap 180 grain. one of the rounds had a light primer strike...the strike on the primer was a little off to the side and not in the center like the rest...should i be concerned over this..??

This is a clear indication the slide was out of battery. You will notice the striker hit on the primer is off center.
What's the cause? Could be something was in the chamber and slowed the feed, maybe your thumb was dragging along the slide, maybe the planets were not aligned.... Could have even been a high primer but I seriously doubt it. Whatever it was, it failed. If you loaded it back in the mag, it would have fired for sure.
