I use a NY1 trigger spring and stock Glock connector in combo. I like the result, but I notice when I attempt to remove the slide, it sticks without coming off, UnLess I ease the trigger to the rear. Either way it is NOT a smooth action.

I do as told when removing the slide. It moves forward so the rear of the slide just clears the tab on the connector. The trigger, which start out in the rear of the trigger guard creeps forward enough to catch the slide and hold it as described above.

If I ease the trigger to the rear, the slide will come off.
I took the slide off and inspected all parts for function = OK
I took the receive apart, checked the NY 1 install = OK
The trigger, trigger bar, connector etc, all is = OK

In the end, the slide still sticks when I try to remove it from the frame.
Obviously, I can work around it; but that sounds sloppy and I want the slide to ease off the frame like butter and it does not.

Any help or suggestions to the problem is appreciated.
    thand you

This is a typical reaction to field stripping with a NY trigger spring installed. No big deal, all is well.
