Expected the MOS and 10 round. Absolutely astonished at the 26 Gen5, given the extremely small number of 26’s sold relative to the 17, 19, 43.

Perhaps the 26 remains popular in ten round mag states?

Agreed. The 26 isn’t a seller like it used to be.

The 19 and 26 are the two best pistols in the entire Glock line. Own the 43 and it’s an answer in search of a question. Bought a 30S as a hopeful replacement for my heavy Commander and it sits in the safe. Too wide and blocky to carry comfortably, I will probably wind up selling both to be done with them.

I like the finger grooves on the 26 size but prefer without on the other sizes.

This is good news. I prefer the G26, and I live in TX. Wonder if it has finger grooves or not?

This is good news. Hopefully it will be enough skus to convince the aftermarket for broader support. I know I know. Glocks are perfect. But better triggers and do internals can’t hurt.

19, 17, 43 are over 50% of all Glock Sales in US. FYI

Oh great. Looking forward to another brazillion superfluous "I got my xx.5 Glock!" posts to sift through on a daily basis, just when I thought things had toned down

    LOL.

Wonder if the G26g5 will have finger grooves or a half moon cutout. Both? Neither?

Tried the G43. Twice. Could not get past the six round mags. Sold both and bought two G26.4 to go with my two G19.5 and several G17 17 round mags for all my spares. Would update the G26.4 to the G26.5 the day they arrive at my Blue Label Distributor. :flag:

I expected the 26 because I believe that the FBI has/wants them. No surprise on the 34 since it shares the 17 frame. BIG surprise on the MOS, since there's been comments that there no plans for MOS in Gen 5.

Given the way the rest of the industry is trending, I expected there to Gen 5 MOS models. I'm just surprised that Glock hasn't came out with their own optic to sell, to keep up with SIG.

My favorite Glock is the 26. I also have a 19. Probably not buy a 17 or 43.
    I live in NC.

I wish that they'd do a G23 in Gen 5 but have resolved myself to the fact that they will not. Not until a major department buyer requests them at least.

I had similar issues with my G30sf. I could not seem to get through a day of carry before the width of the pistol bothered me, but I liked the package that it offers enough that I gave it one last try by carrying it full time for a week. I don't even feel it there now and love the thing. Love it enough that instead of trading it away, I bought a second identical one as a backup.

Well I'm not a bit surprised since I just bought a G26.4 about 2 weeks ago, lol. But that's okay the finger grooves don't really bother me. I don't think the Gen5 offers anything else new to benefit the 26 but that's just .02 worth.
