17 and 19 appears to be readily available, but I haven't been able to locate recoil springs for the 26. Anyone know where they're available online? Secondary question, WHY aren't they readily available? I've never tracked the hit and miss nature of why some oem parts are available for some guns, but not others, etc. What's the deal with this?

The Gen5 G26 uses the SAME RSA that ALL generations of G26, G27, G33, and G39 pistols use. It's Glock part 2211, most recent revision marked 0-8-2. There is NO Gen5-specific RSA for the G26. See top of page 6 of the latest Glock Parts Order form dated 08/24/2018:

    https://us.glock.com/-/media/glock/...als/parts-certified-armorer-updated-82818.pdf

Buy one direct from Glock, in stock for $12:

    https://store.teamglock.com/glock-dual-recoil-spring-assembly-g26-g27-g33-g39-gen3-gen4.html

So instead of being some great mystery of where a spare Gen5 G26 RSA may be located, it in fact has been readily available for years before the first Gen5 G26 was ever made.

    Easy, eh?

Mike, is it safe to assume a gen 5 g19 and a 19x use the same recoil spring?

Most importantly, that may be proved by referring to page 5 of the parts order form at the link I gave in post #5. The latest FRM 72-26 is a very useful document for "will fit" information.

But note...the G19 Gen5 uses ejector 30274 and normal FP Spring Cups. The later G19X uses ejector 47021 and Maritime FP Spring Cups. I suspect eventually all 9mm Gen5 pistols will use ejector 47021 (but not Maritime Spring Cups).
