Have you tried sandbagging it from a bench to verify?? Have you drifted the rear sight to compensate if it is really shooting to the right? You need to go left with the rear to correct the issue.

Have you shot a glock before? Has anyone else shot your glock with the same result? I ask because most people tend to think the gun is to blame. Maybe your rear sight needs to be drifted to adjust. It could also be your trigger finger. If you are right-handed, too much trigger finger (if I remember right) could be the problem.

I'd try this...... If at some point in the future it changes, drift it back. Regards,

Hickok45 has a video on the 23 in which he is hitting an 18 inch gong at 230 yards.

I just went and shot two clips at 12 yards and can't hit the target so idk wat the deal is its the same with my buddies shooting my g23 they cat hit it either and I'm shooting at a paper plate for now but I still should be able to hit it at 12 yards

What does "too much trigger finger" mean? Is it pulling the trigger in a jerk motion instead of a squeeze?

It's likely the trigger. You just have to learn how to shoot a Glock trigger. Lots of practice is what you need.

If you want to verify the pistol's zero, shoot it from a sandbag / rest to verify. If you still have the same issue then you will need to drift the rear sight slightly to the left. Good luck!!

A shooter should use the first phalanx(pad) of their 2nd digit. Some use their joint to pull which would be considered too much trigger finger.

I have more than ample proof that I am at best a modest shot with a Glock.

So based on that, I can only offer a couple of thoughts from a person who also is trying to master the weapon that everyone loves.

Have you fired a striker pistol before? They DO break differently than a hammered pistol.

Since you are starting out, reduce your range. I am still working at the 15 ft. range. See where you are dropping the rounds and get used to the required sight picture.

The Glock is accurate out of the box...again Hickok45 was routinely hitting his gong at 80 yards and did the 230 yard vid to see if he could do it. He could...

First you say that "it's two inches right at 20 yards",
then in post #8 you say you can't hit a paper plate at 12 yards?

Something is wrong here. If you can't hit a paper plate at 12 yards, you aren't shooting *any* sort of a group at 20 yards that can be diagnosed.

In fact, I would not even EVER bother shooting at 20 yards until you can at least get 20 out of 20 on the paper plate at 12 yards.
