Yep. Just the barrel. Mine runs 100% with the 40 mag followers, but I put 357 followers in my carry mags just because it made me feel better to have the correct followers in them. Try it you'll probably like the caliber. Most who try it do. It's become my favorite service caliber.

I also have a .357 sig and a LWD 40-9 barrel I use the .40 mags for .357 and runs flawlessly.

I have a 24 and 35, both with aftermarket .357 Sig barrels. The 35 is the most accurate semi-auto handgun I have ever owned. Also have two G33's I carry...see avatar...with X Grip adapters, I can carry 30 rounds of .357 Sig in a vest with lined inner pockets...need the second gun for balance of weight.

It's a direct change in the pistol and will run very nicely!


I just picked up a couple mags for the G33 to run in my modified G27...
