Are the RSA the same for both? Or does the G32 have a stronger RSA.

I ask because the max pressure of the 357Sig exceeds that of the 40S&W.

I think they are the same, but am not 100% certain.

In any case, the max chamber pressure they run at has nothing to do with recoil spring weight requirements. It is about recoil and weights.

They're the same, only the 19 is different and I can tell you now that I bought a 19 upper a few weeks ago, it is much lighter. I was surprised by the difference actually.

If you have a Gen 3 23/32 I'd advise a 20# spring on an aftermarket recoil rod. Plenty to choose from. Wolff is great and uses round springs, others have smaller diameter recoil rods and use flat springs like OEM. I've used both in my postols and never had any issues. You can order the rod and multiple + or - springs from Wolff and others so you can decide what works best for you and the ammo you'll be using. The springs are slightly discounted that way also.
