G22 Gen 2 Recoil Spring Assy

    Consensus on my upgrade thread was don't do it! That said, I could see updating the recoil spring assembly. I've seen the stock version on glock parts and glockmeister as well as stainless rod versions. What are you guys using for 180 and 165 grain stock loads? Looking for durability with no sacrifice to accuracy. Also, where would/did you purchase yours? Will this at least partially correct the noted barrel 'flip' associated with the .40calibers? Thx

    I used to used a stainless Steel assembly from Glockstore, switched back to stock. Cheaper and I just like them more. The Stock spring is kinda like - How exactly is a rainbow made? How exactly does a sun set? How exactly does a posi-trac rear-end on a Plymouth work? It just does.

    And it worked very well, till I sold the pistol... sad face

    I use factory recoil spring assemblies in all my Glocks.

    I use SS guide rod and springs from Wolf and have never had any problems. I use cause I like em
