    Hey guys,

I finally installed a set of adj. mepros on my G20sf. The front blade on these sights are really high, if I had to guess it's just shy of 1/2". Compared to my other mepros, the front blade is 2...almost 3X higher on this unit. So, I'm afraid most holsters wont fit my pistol.

I'm about 400rds in on my G20sf and am thinking of replacing it with my EDC, G27. I know it's a big jump, but I'd like to give it a try once I put a few more rounds downrange.

So, I'm going to be looking for a holster than can hold the G20 with the high front sight. I'm a leather fan, most of my holsters are Milt Sparks and Del Fatti. As comfortable as these holsters are for me, I want to find something else that I don't have to wait 6+ months for and won't cost me upwards of $200-$300. I want to look for an IWB rig, how that thick monster is going to fit IWB is beyond me. If it won't work, than I'll look for something other than IWB. Thanks guys.

Call the people over at TT Gun Leather and explain what you did in your post to them.

The Phoenix Stronghold leather holsters are of great quality and only taking a week or 2 for delivery.

Sounds like those sights are for a large frame with a can

    Thanks, I'll check them out!

The adj. mechanism sits a bit higher so the added height compensates for that. Above all, the higher front sight gives me a longer range, IMHO. And I think that's a plus for a long and flat shooting round like the 10mm.

On a side note, I remember my friend looking for a nice set of sights that would clear a can on his G17. He never found anything.

TT gun leather looks nice! I may take that option.

Does anyone else have any suggestions? Thanks.

Post some pics of the sights on the gun. Are they the bar dot Mepros?

I have adjustables on my G37 and carry it without any problem in a Blade-Tech OWB, Blade-Tech Nano IWB and Raven Ghost. Those, however, are Kydex.
