I want a G19...instead of using my G23 with the conversion barrel.

Stuck in Ca....and trying to decide if the PPT premium of another $400 for the Gen 5 is worth it over a Gen 3 [PPT Gen 5 is aprox $900-1000 here]

One of my favorites. If you want a good set of night sights, check out Ameriglo Agents or Trijicon HDs.

Jury is still out on the Gen5 for me. I have larger hands and am not in love with the flared magwell and I’ve never been a fan of the ambi slide-release. But I can only dislike a Glock 19 so much

Have they removed the half moon cutout at the bottom of the grip yet? I haven’t bought one yet... still waiting for the grip to be fixed.

The MOS version has no cutout, but it hasn't filtered down to the regular model 19s yet.

I have 2 Gen 5 19s. The first is the earliest version with the grip cut out and the 2nd bought within the last week, a MOS with FS and no grip cutout. They both shoot equally well.

I picked up a Gen5 19MOS to do some work with optics and I am impressed. It has been in my duty holster much more than my G45 recently.

It may stay that way as I can run it just as well as my G45.

The cutout really didn't bother me too much on the 5th Gen 19 because of the flared magwell, but the lack of it on the MOS version is way better.

I agree. it's a great gun. i'm not a huge fan of the grip cutout but i think the improvements to the trigger outweighed that.

Congrats, it to is one of my favorite Glocks. My favorite is my 19X, followed by my 19.5. Just works for me

What I'm waiting for also. Can't stand the frontstrap cutout but like the flared mag well though. May have to give in at some point and just get the MOS.
