Been messing with my new G17's trigger system. Trying to get a smooth pull and a crisp break.
Polished everything, went with a 3.5# connector ect. ect.
Got pretty smooth but still had a mushy break.
Just for the heck of it, I replaced my G17 trigger bar/trigger with one from my G19.
MAN, what a diffrence. Its just what I was looking for. SMOOTH pull and a CRISP break.
Now I understand these parts are not interchangeable.
    Has anybody done this?
Seems to function just fine. Shot about 100 rds. with no problem.
Sure would like to leave it like this.;Q

Now grind off 1/2 of the striker arm on the left side. Polish it thru the plating and polish the crusiform where it contacts the striker arm the same way and you WILL be impressed.
