Hey guys this is my first post so bare with me on the amateur questions . So I recently found out I passed all of my police test qualifications and I start the academy on May 3rd. I was all set to go in with my XD .45 until my department told me I have to go through my first year with a Glock 9mm (17 or 19 my choice)....so here I am :wavey:. I went to the range last week and rented a 3rd gen Glock 17 and really liked it, performed great no problems etc. What kind of simple modifications can you reccomend? I'd like to get some good sites, any barrel reccomendations, and possibly trigger work. Thanks guys in advance!

For law enforcement, keep it stock, except for night sights.

You can order your G17 with factory installed Trijicon night sights (TNS) or Glock night sights (GNS). Check out your aftermarket options at www.ameriglo.com

For factory installed, I recommend the GNS as they are the only Tenifer treated sights available--ideal for law enforcement use.
