Use some factory ammo and see if it does it. If so call Glock if not then I would say some thing in the reloading process.

I have reloaded 9mm for quite a few years. My reloads are usually warm to very warm and brass has been shot many times, never had this problem.
Use basic diagnostic skills to find the answer.
Change one variable at a time and see what happens.
Start simple and work toward more complex answers.
