After reading product reviews I went to Olight USA and ordered a couple of tactical lights. After being charged over a week ago I tried to call after no tracking # was received but all calls were suspended. Chat was not productive as I caught someone lying. So I emailed Olight Usa in Ga and this is how my email was returned. USA run company? I think not! If my products ever ship I am going to return them. No matter how good the lights are there will be no more Olight for me.

Ordered two off of Amazon at separate times. Work great and the magnetic recharging is the cats meow. Do what cha gotta do. I’m gonna enjoy mine. Sorry to hear of your experience.

I'd agree, the customer service is weak. The product is so-so.

One way or another, you get what you pay for on flashlights.

All I’ve owned so far are Fenix and have had no issues.

In my case, I have no experience with customer service because I’ve never needed them.

I hope your case can be resolved soon.

I’m a big fan of Streamlight and Surefire lights.

+1 on Fenix......a handful of them just got me through a hurricane!........many of them stayed wet and tolerated rough handling with no problems.......NO, I’me still talking about flashlights here.......this is a family friendly forum........:innocent:

Another vote for Fenix. They leave Olight in the dust IMO.

    I am a flashlight-o-holic.

Generally on this genre, I like the Fenix, but I have also had some good luck with "NEBO".

I had one problem, and it was taken care of quickly and no drama with a replacement light.

Understand though, I do not use or buy weapons mounted lights.

It's widely known that Olight is a Chinese company. It's not hidden on the website.
There's also a message at the top of the page saying orders take 2 weeks due to reduced Covid staff and heavy order volume.
Poor communication is always a bummer, but it sounds like your issues are from not paying attention.

Zebralight for the win, imo...though they don't make weapon mounted lights, great EDCs.

I have one..very bright but heats up way too fast for a weapon mounted light. I have it in the box still..

I LOVE Olight and have never had an issue out of any of the MANY I own. Everyone's CS is suffering because of Covid right now and after a flash sale, they're inundated with orders. But, I have no experience with their CS, because I've never needed it.

Here's the few I own... I use the hell out of them and have yet to have any fail. They also make great gifts, so I always snag a few extra during a flash sale and sometimes sell a few of the ones I don't need/want.

I have maybe 15 olight lights.. quality is a 6 or 7. Customer service is a 1 out of 10...

Friend bought a 250 dollar olight. No worky.. the company built or labeled the flashlight backwards in design.. plus marked had to go to negative.. so 6 weeks of emails and broken english phone tag.. not good

Maint engineer bought about a hundred dollar olight. Lasted 7 months or so.. out of production and they refused to fix it or give him a different model. That was poor service
