I will say I agree mostly with this. I do think K-12 should be "free" for the students in public schools. And the good teachers should get better pay.
There should be goals, requirements to advance to next level. Rewards for advancement, restrictions for hindering others.
Group tests with both " sides" of my class were a pain. The slow side did everything they could in group tests to distract those of us who wanted to do well.
I would have loved getting college level basic courses done my senior yr. (for cost of books)
My nephew had half a yr of college done before he started college. Saved a few grand.
Those who can't read,M write, do basic math... Have a extreamly low chance of ever amounting to anything positive.
