I have been looking into getting a nice safe as the wife and I are hoping to close on our first house next month. Some things have come up and I'm afraid some of my safe money is going to be leaving me for some other things, but it's all good.

ANYWAY! I thought about little hiding places and decided to make myself a little project safe! *if you can call it that!*

It took two days but I had lots going on. Could definitely be done in a day. Think I'm gonna to get some black material and put inside. Maybe even cut an old mouse pad to put on the bottom where the muzzle sits when standing. Pretty neat. Won't be the guns home really. Just thought it would be cool in there so I made it so it would fit if I ever wanted to.

Was thinking things like this might make cool little personalized presents.

Plain old Elmers white glue brushed on very thinly. It will dry hard and clear.

I found some modge podge *sp?* that the wife had used for something and painted a few coats of that on. Seems to work well. I think it would be a cool idea if I could find some old books at a garage sale or thrift store. Make a few more.
