FS: Two sets of Asp Handcuffs

FS: I have two sets of "YELLOW"ASP Handcuffs

These are in great shape, have been used for two months in a county jail so they haven't been outside getting muddy or rained on. Only reason that I am getting rid of them is because my Department is now using colored cuffs and so me being different just got shot out of the water.
They have been disinfected and are in complete perfect working order.
