I haven't had King Crab legs in ages... I keep looking at the frozen seafood section and there's some really nice size legs there that I'm so tempted to try...

What's the best way to cook them...? Boil/steam them frozen, or thaw them first...?

I don't bother to thaw them. I just steam them 10 to 15 minutes. It has always worked for me.

Steam them right from the freezer and if you want to, add some old bay.
